How we handle inquiries

What you send
When you submit, Agapay Systems receives the contact details and answers you provide, your consent confirmation, and the submission time. Your inquiry is stored on Agapay’s self-hosted infrastructure for project assessment and follow-up. Access to submitted inquiries is restricted to the administrator, not available through your receipt reference.
This service is for project planning. Do not submit patient records, names of patients, medical documents, passwords, license numbers, or signature images. The clinic questionnaire asks what an eventual app should support, not for actual patient information.
Automatic browser drafts
Both the clinic and general inquiry forms at inq.agapay.systems automatically save as you type using localStorage in the same browser. Drafts include your answers, name and contact details. Consent and the anti-spam field are never saved or restored. Drafts are not sent to Agapay and do not sync to another browser or device. Browser storage may be unavailable or cleared by your browser; it is not a guaranteed backup.
Saved drafts remain until you clear them, turn off automatic saving, or clear this site’s browser data. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see them. On a shared device, turn off “Save draft”; this removes saved drafts but keeps your current answers in the open tab. “Clear” asks for confirmation and removes both. If removal fails, clear the site’s browser data yourself.
Older clinic drafts restore only answers matching the current questions and valid choices. The original older draft remains in browser storage so other answers are not silently lost; those other answers are not sent. Clearing the draft or turning off saving removes the current and older versions. A draft made on another hostname cannot be read from this one.
Only the send button submits your answers and contact details. Sending leaves your local draft in place if saving is on; clear it yourself when finished. Printer answers remain in the browser draft if you change an earlier choice, so they return if needed again; hidden printer answers are not sent. Clearing a browser draft does not delete inquiries already submitted or copies you previously downloaded.
Hosting and retention
Cloudflare provides public HTTPS routing and security. Hosting and network services may process ordinary request metadata such as IP addresses, requested pages, and timestamps. Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to these forms.
There is no automatic deletion schedule yet. Inquiries remain available for assessment and follow-up until manually removed. Server backups may retain earlier copies after deletion until they expire. Please use only the information needed to discuss your project.
Access, correction, or deletion
Contact Agapay through the conversation where you received this link, or use the contact information on agapay.systems. Include your receipt reference when available. We may need to verify that the inquiry belongs to you before sharing, correcting, or deleting it.
